Job Linkage is a nationally accredited Information, Advice and Guidance service, with over 11 years experience of delivering community based employment services. Co-ordinated by Sunderland City Council it aims to ‘Link Local People to Local Jobs’.

We offer a quality customer focused service and provide free services and support for both;

• Local residents aged over 16 years from within the City of Sunderland, who are not working and want help to get a job.

• Sunderland businesses and inward investors with recruitment needs.

We do this by providing innovative and flexible ways to remove barriers that may be preventing individuals accessing local education, training and employment opportunities.

Job Linkage receives funding from Coalfield Regeneration Trust Funds, Deprived Area Funds, European Social Funds, New Deal for Communities, Nextstep, NEXUS and the Working Neighbourhood Fund via One North East.
